On Friday, Brynn turned TWO! I really can't believe two years ago I was in the hospital having her...and now she's a walking, talking, singing, dancing, little person! HA! Her actual birthday was pretty low-key. Ryan obviously had to work all day, but I purposely didn't sub so we could spend the day together. We painted her nails, she played with her cousins (so mommy could get a few last minute things for her party), and we had a special birthday lunch at McDonalds. (I am TOTALLY not opposed to fast food, but she had never had a Happy Meal before...I guess we always go to Chick Fil A??)

After we told her she was getting a Happy Meal she kept saying "HAPPY MEAL!" She was really excited!
Although clearly in the above picture she looks a little confused by what it is. =)

| And one of my favorite parts of the meal was Ryan taking five minutes to put together the toy...it was quite entertaining! |
In other birthday news, as her present, Pamaw and Papaw, Grandma and Grandpa, and Ryan and I all went in and got a big swing-set/playhouse thing for our backyard...the men have been hard at work putting it together. Those things come in like 8,562 pieces!
The swing-set is ALMOST done and Brynn is SO EXCITED! She has been Mrs. Helper, giving the guys screws (and also knocking over the wood, making messes, etc.!)
