Bonfire Time!

Last weekend we enjoyed a fall bonfire with friends!  It was out in the little town where Ryan grew up, and the drive there was so pretty.  (We did have to listen to the Wiggles AGAIN, but I guess it's a small sacrifice...ha!) There were so many kids running around playing, and of course Brynn thought she was one of them!  What a fun night out!

She kept putting her hands out to the fire and saying "HOT!"  But she finally decided to help me
roast the hot dogs.

They were having a big ole time sharing Cheetos!

All the big kids were playing flashlight tag over by the woods and this little shed, which was
so dark.  They were all yelling and chasing each other and she kept running over there
and smiling and yelling...I am surprised she didn't get knocked over!

Then when all the kids cleared out, she headed in to "play."
It looks bright because of the flash, but in reality it was pitch dark in this shed!

Then some of the big girls were playing games and Brynn watches
them and walks right up and puts her hands out to play the game...what a HOOT!

They were all really sweet and let her join in.  HA!

We skipped out on the hayride because it was getting too late, but maybe next year we can add that part in. All these fall traditions are just so fun!!
