When Brynn turned 3 my grandparents gave her some money for her birthday and we have been saving it. She has been saying she was going to use it to get some stuff for the beach. Since it's time for vacation, we headed to the store and Brynn picked out some "tools" to help her build sand castles...she was SO EXITED to take her birthday money to the counter and buy her new toys!

And then the other day we had an impromptu swim date with our friends! Erin's parents live across the street from us, and she and the boys were over at Mrs. Susie's. We headed over and got to swim for a little bit with them.
Brynn has been getting up the nerve to "go under" and "get her face wet." And she gets really proud of herself afterward...
Just look at those sweet little chunky baby legs! I could just eat those up!
