Nashville - Saturday Edition

Saturday morning Brynn was up before 8 so we all hung out and Uncle Curt made pancakes!  We watched some cartoons and then hit up the local park and then the swimming pool at their apartment complex.

Curt was SO PROUD of taking this picture...he thought it was a work of art! HA!

After swimming we headed back to their apartment for lunch...and somebody was CRANKY!  I think it was probably a combination of a late night the night before and waking up too early that morning, but after lunch I was ready to get out of there and leave the crankster with Daddy!  HA!  Brynn laid on the couch and watched a little Magic School Bus with Ryan and was in a MUCH better mood, and Lindsey and I headed out to do some shopping and sisterly bonding while the boys and Brynn had a nap.

We got back and all got ready for supper and headed to downtown Nashville to a cool restaurant called "Whisky Kitchen."  It was really unique and had a cool atmosphere.  (Although I don't think they were a big fan of kids because they had no booster seats or high-chairs or kids menu!  HA!)  Luckily it was REALLY loud, so that made it feel more kid friendly.  =)

I had the "fried green tomato" BLT and it was DELICIOUS!  Then we headed to a funky little popsicle place that Lindsey had been wanting to try.  It was SO GOOD!

We had to rock the cowboy boots because we were in Nashville!  HA!

We headed back to their apartment and all went swimming again.  Actually, Lindsey and I sat on the pool chairs while the boys swam with her.  Then we headed back and got ready for bed.  After we laid her down, we hung out and watched some weird shows from Netflix...like "Russia's worst prisons" or something like that.  HA!  But it was a relaxing and fun night!
