Cruise Saturday - Exploring the Ship

Couldn't get all the stuff to load in the earlier post...so here is us getting ready to board the ship and then enjoying exploring our home for the next 7 days!

Walking onto the ship....clearly we were getting excited!

We got to walk through the kids play area...it was AMAZING!

Who wouldn't want to color and play in here?

Even the bathrooms were cool!

Craft time!

They had this really cool app that would tell you what the menu was every night at each of the different restaurants, show you the million different events that were available for the day, show you where the characters were going to be and when, etc.  It was pretty cool!

Sailing Away Party up on the pool deck!

See the water slide?  It was so fun!

Later that night we headed to the beautiful theater to watch the first show...they were so fun!

During the show if a character came out Emory would literally scream at the top of her lungs...MIMMIE!  MICKEY! TUTO (Pluto) FOOFIE! (Goofy!)  It was hilarious!

Between dinner seatings every night there were fun dance parties..they had some GREAT live singers and the girls had a lot of fun dancing...and us too!

There were three different dining rooms and they gave you a schedule and you rotated between each of them.  Our servers stayed the same and rotated with us each night so it was really fun!  The resaturants were all really different...this one was the Animator's Palate and it had tons of cartoon-y stuff everywhere...the characters would talk to you from the screens in front of you (like somehow interact with you...they could hear us talking...it was crazy!)  The girls LOVED this place!

We had SO MUCH FUN!

Here are some random pictures from our big camera from this day..

The "muster drill" (aka lifeboat drill)  Uncle Jason thought it was getting a little boring so he put a diaper on Emory's head to pass the time...

This turtle was talking to people during dinner..he would swim around to different screens all over the dining room and ask people where they were from, etc.

To say the food was incredible would be an understatement!  Of course they had kid food for the kids, but the adult food was AMAZING!

We got the trip started off RIGHT!  What a great start to a great week!
