Christmas Day 2014

Oh my goodness Christmas was such a wonderful day!  I took a lot of pictures with my phone, and Ryan took a bunch of pictures with our camera.  I don't have the energy to cut and paste the pictures together, so I"m just going to keep them together...iPhone pics, and then camera pics.  =)

Right now, we've decided the girls will have one Santa gift, and stuff in their stocking and then three gifts from Mommy and Daddy, just like Jesus got three gifts.  So Brynn woke up around 7:30, and we let her open her Santa gift, which she was really excited about.  She was begging for us to wake Emory up, but we told her we'd let Emory sleep until at least 8:30.  Once Emory woke up, we opened lots of our presents and  had fun playing with new toys.

Brynn got a Puppy Surprise from Santa, and Emory got a new grocery cart with food.  Some special presents this year also included Emory's "Mooshka" babydoll, and Brynn's soccer goal and equipment and the "glittery Nutcracker" (from SEARS! hahahaha!) that she wanted SO BAD!  HA!

Then we headed to Gigi's clubhouse to celebrate with Ryan's side.

Emory was enamored with the train!

After a busy morning, Emory was wiped out once we got on the road to head to my grandparents.  Once we got there, we transferred her to her pack n play, and she napped for a couple of hours while we all played and opened presents.

Brynn got some new beads and crafting stuff...her favorite!

The girls played Dirty Santa with gifts we brought...it was so fun!

It got seriousness when gifts got stolen...HAHA!

I think my Dad and my Grandpa went up to "check" on Emory about 20 times, secretly hoping she would be awake and they could get her up.  HA!  My Grandpa finally got to bring her down to open presents around 4:30.  She loves her Pawpaw and her Grandpa!  And she loved her new baby toy!

And both our girls were OUT as soon as we hit the road around 8.   =)

Now for the second set of pictures...probably some duplicates.  But I'm sure we will want them all to look back on some day.

Brynn's PUPPY SURPRISE!

Stocking time!

To kill some time before we got Emory up, we made a special breakfast.  YUMMY!

"Can we PLEASE go get Emo-wee up???"

Headed to Gigi's...

We attempted a selfie...Emory wasn't feeling it.

We forgot the camera at my Grandma's...good thing we have cell phones!  HA!

We seriously had such a  wonderful day with our families!!!  Christmas is such a special time, but with our little girls it is just SO MUCH FUN to watch their little faces light up and to celebrate such an amazing holiday (and entire month of December) with them.  MERRY CHRISTMAS!
