Mizzou Homecoming -Friday

We left on Friday afternoon October 9 to head to Columbia, Missouri to celebrate HOMECOMING! My mom kept Emory and we got to spend some special time with just Brynn taking her to her first big visit to Columbia!  It was AWESOME!

Guess she knew it was going to be a BIG weekend...she conked out on the way there...mid-coloring.

We ate an early supper at one of our FAVORITE places...Addisons.  Brynn got to experience some of our favorite food there...=)

Then we drove around campus for awhile and parked at the BSU and walked around...

We posed in front of Johnston Hall...the dorm I lived in with some of my best friends during our sophomore year.

Grandma and Pamaw...I hope you need these down the road...=)

We headed into the bookstore...she wanted EVERYTHING...even the huge stuffed Tiger!  HA!

But we couldn't say no to the Tiger ears and the Mizzou pom-poms!

She even wanted this big gold finger...sorry Brynn!

Then we walked down to Greektown to watch the House Decs...SO MUCH FUN!

Brynn LOVED watching all the skits and we watched quite a few...you should have seen her yell M-I-Z, Z-O-U...it was awesome.

We got to stay with one of my best friends parents that live in Fulton, which was only a 30 minute drive.  They made up a special bed for Brynn...complete with Jaclyn's old Cabbage Patch (I know NO ONE other than our "pac" will get this, but it was hilarious!)  We loved getting to visit with Jaclyn's parents Darryl and Juanita and it felt like old times!  THANK YOU HEIDER FAMILY!

This about sums up our first day in Columbia...PERFECT!

OLD MISSOURI, FAIR MISSOURI...WE LOVE YOU MIZZOU!
