We got up on Saturday, the Fourth of July, and headed to my aunt's house in Zalma. The kids swam a little bit and played and we all hung out and ate and ate and ate!
We headed home for naps and then around 5:30 several of our family friends came over to celebrate!
The weather was AWESOME...it definitely didn't feel like the Fourth of July!
At one point, these girls all went fishing together....it was so cute to watch them!

The boys had another big badmitton game...
and I think every kid caught a fish!
It was really sweet to see all the dads helping the kids fish.

We were missing a couple from our crew...but love these girls!
When it started getting dark we all sat on the side of the house and the guys/kids got the firework show ready! There were also several big fireworks going off in neighborhorhoods us and we had such a great view of a bunch of shows!
At one point one of the big fireworks tipped and shot toward us! AHHHH! Thankfully everyone was fine and we were all laughing about it later. Other than that, the fireworks went off perfectly and we had such a GREAT great night! Watching all the kids helping light stuff and the little kids watching, and sitting there with our closest friends, it was just one of those special nights! =)
