The other night we were playing in the family room when we heard this Caribbean sounding music going off outside...turns out that instead of a creepy ice cream truck driving by, it was a SNOW CONE TRUCK! WHAT?? I have seen this truck before at school and community events, but didn't know they drove around neighborhood streets! It passed us by and we were laughing about it and telling Brynn what a snow cone was. We said "next time it drives by our house we will run out really fast and get one!" Well...oddly enough it drove back by like ten minutes later! So...awesome Dad that he is, Ryan runs out and flags down the truck! We headed out and got a DELICIOUS snow cone!

I kid you not...she ate it for about two minutes and then said in all seriousness "I want some mac and cheese!" WHAT? She had just eaten an entire dinner like an hour before. Kids...=)
But it did mean that Ryan and I got a delicious purple snow cone to eat just to ourselves! =)
what a genius idea! love that you can pick your own flavor. so fun and yummy, and now i want mac and cheese too haha :D
