The Saturday after Thanksgiving is when Elfie shows up! YAY! Our girls LOVE Elfie and talk about her pretty much all year...so getting up Saturday morning and having Elfie surprise us with a special breakfast was SO FUN!
Actually Elfie got ready Friday night...=)
The girls were really excited and Brynn (who was up at least an hour before Emory) kept saying "CAN WE PLEASE WAKE EMORY UP!???" Emory is a late sleeper, so Christmas morning is going to be quite interesting...HA!
We had lots of fun making Rudolph pancakes! I forgot to buy strawberries for the nose, so we improvised with some red M and M's. =)
Brynn thought it was so fun to dye her milk red/pink and Elfie even put marshmallows in the cups and we had North Pole marshmallow milk. YUMMY!
Before we headed to Pam and Rick's for Thanksgiving with Rick's side of the family, we stopped by Saint Francis to meet with Santa. As soon as Emory saw him she says in her little voice "I not want to sit on Santa's lap!" She is a fan from FAR AWAY...but not up close.
Brynn was the complete opposite...she was thrilled to tell him what she wanted!
Then we headed to Rick and Pams and had a great time with the Bandermann side. Rick (Ryan's dad) and his brothers don't get together very often so it was really really nice to visit!
It was a busy day...Emory had to teach her baby how to pray before bed. =)
We had a great time at Pam and Rick's! Looking forward to doing it again sooner rather than later!
