Oh Puerto Rico...what a FUN FUN day! (And yes, Brynn's black eye was about at its peak this day!)
We got up pretty early, had a quick breakfast, and then headed out to explore Old Town San Juan. We had such a great time walking around, exploring a historic fort, doing some shopping, and more walking around and eating! We even took a "big girl" horse-drawn carriage ride!

We are not standing on a ledge...there was grass right below us. This other family almost told us to get down because they thought we were taking our kids up on this ledge, and when we asked them to take our picture they were really freaked out! HA! We said...come up here and look...there is grass right behind us!

We found a food stand with some kind of plantain and rice thing...so we decided to go for it! It wasn't too bad!
Then this man brought over his lizard for us to hold...HILARIOUS!
We were feeling adventurous so we got a coconut to drink the "coconut water/milk" out of...well...that about did us all in. It was SO GROSS! It was like hot tangy nasty juice. YUCK! It didn't resemble that coconut smoothie AT ALL. Man...you see people crack open coconuts and drink the water inside...well it is disgusting.
Brynn fed the pigeons and this Puerto Rican little girl helped her land one on her arms! (Picture below somewhere)

We came back on board for some naps before Pirate Night! Brynn's black eye was a serious hit...several people said "nice make-up!" (And we were like...yeah, sadly that is a real black eye!)
They had the coolest, cutest pirate show up on the main deck, complete with all the characters in their Pirate outfits. The girls LOVED seeing that! Then we had a pirate themed meal at our dining room, and then a big fireworks show! Man...Disney does stuff RIGHT!

Watching the Pirate show...one of the funniest parts was when a couple of kids went on the waterslide during the show...see the waterslide above! They were waving and yelling...it was funny!

OUR FAVORITE! Miss DEE DEE! Have I mentioned that Emory STILL talks about DEE DEE! If you ask her who she is "calling" on a phone or who she wants to play with, she still says DEE DEE!
On the way back from picking up the littles from the nursery, we ran into Stitch!
