House Update - March 31-April 4

They couldn't work on Thursday or Friday of this past week because the weather was crazy and stormy and it rained a TON.  But here are some pictures from Wednesday, April 2.  I hope these house posts aren't driving everyone crazy, but with framing, a lot gets done pretty quick and we want to document every step of the way in our "family blog book."

I know this is crazy hard to see, but technically this would be your view from a corner of the kitchen looking out into the kitchen and then the right part is where the great room is.

I know these pictures look SO CONFUSING but the point is...THE FRAMING IS GOING UP!  WAHOO!  On Monday the concrete guys are supposed to start pouring the garage and front porch, and Stuart is going to continue framing and start framing up the second floor.  Praying we have some days WITHOUT rain so they can keep going.  It has just been SO MUCH FUN to drive out there and see what's been done.  When the weather cooperates, it is pretty amazing how much framing they can get done in just one day.  We are getting SO EXCITED!!!
