Day 1 - Let the Vacation Begin...

On Friday we left for a "fall" vacation to the beautiful Smoky Mountains.  This trip was with Ryan's family, and everyone was able to go!  Ryan's younger brother Kyle is finishing up grad school at the University of Tennessee so we picked him up on the way to Pigeon Forge.  We all stayed in an awesome log cabin near Dollywood and had a GREAT time!  I didn't realize how beautiful that area of the country is, especially in the fall.  The scenery was just gorgeous!!  Here are a few pictures from my phone from the trip there.

Since Lindsey and Curt live in Nashville we were able to stop there for lunch and meet up with them!  YAY!  I miss not seeing my sister all the time!

We met them in downtown Nashville so we picked up some yummy food and took it to a
nearby park area.

Curt of course!  Anytime we facetime with Lindsey all she says is "Cut? Cut?"

After some annoying traffic between Knoxville and Pigeon Forge we FINALLY made it
to our Dollywood Cabin!  YAY!

Then we headed to get some dinner and Brynn and Ansley had to ride the pig outside the
restaurant.  HA!

Day 1 of traveling complete...next up...heading to Dollywood on Day 2!
