Visit From Gigi, Crochet Blanket, and Sister Pics

A few days ago Ryan's grandma was able to come see Emory.  She couldn't believe how much Emory looked like Brynn...and couldn't get over all her dark hair (again, just like Brynn!)  We are so glad she was able to stop by for a visit!

After she snuggled Emory for awhile Brynn decided it was time to paint Gigi's nails...Gigi obliged, and then whispered to us that she was going to get her nails done the next day so they could fix them!  HA!

Brynn got to showing off and wanted to read to Gigi.  She even brought out her chair and was showing Gigi a bunch of her books.

Emory has gotten more alert lately...but this is still a very frequent site around our house...sleepy girl!

On a differnt note...there is a group of senior adult ladies at our church that meet once a week and crochet.  They call themselves the "chain gang" and they make a crocheted blanket for every baby at our church.  We got this sweet blanket from them after Emory was born.  I took a few pictures with Emory on it and put some of the pictures with their thank-you note so they could see little Emory enjoying her precious blanket!

I can't even imagine what life will be like with these two as Emory continues to grow.  I pray that they will be the best of friends and will love and support each other.  I hope they are just like my sister and I!  SISTERS!
